For property owners
Prepare a useful first conversation about your property
You do not need every document ready for the first contact. Start with the information that helps IBR understand the property, your goal, and the appropriate next step.
Information for the first contact
- Your name, email address, and phone number.
- Property type and general location; do not include unnecessary sensitive details in the first message.
- Approximate area, bedrooms, and other characteristics that help describe it.
- Your goal: rental, sale, management, or an initial question.
- Current occupancy and when you expect to move forward.
What the first conversation can clarify
IBR can understand your goal, review whether the property fits the requested service, and agree on the information or visit needed to continue.
An initial conversation is not a valuation, price promise, property acceptance, or service agreement. The terms need to be clear before moving forward.
Protect property information
Use the form to share only what is needed for a reply. Send identity documents, certificates, contracts, or financial information only through the channel IBR confirms for that stage.
Define the outcome you need
- For a rental: timing, handover condition, and permitted tenant or use.
- For a sale: timing, occupancy, and your main process questions.
- For management: expected scope and the problems you want to solve.
IBR must confirm the service, process, documents, fees, and terms that apply to your property. This page does not promise an outcome or placement timeline.
Transparency
IBR information
The final scope depends on the property and the service agreed with IBR.
