Request a precise location

Ask for the area and development names, address, and entrance location. A broad label such as North Zone cannot establish a journey time or whether the beach is within walking reach.

If a listing is in a neighboring municipality, confirm which one. This guide does not treat the entire corridor north of the city as a single Cartagena neighborhood.

Test the whole journey

TransCaribe has published the C017 Bodeguita–Zona Norte connection. Check current operations and identify the stop relevant to your address; a route name does not establish door-to-door coverage.

Include the stretch from the entrance to the stop, shop, or service you need. Try both directions at your usual times and compare alternatives for days when your plans change.

Separate existing facilities from future plans

• Visit the shared facilities included in the offer and confirm which are open.
• Ask about ongoing construction inside the development and along its access routes.
• Check water, electricity, internet, and how faults are reported.
• Request management fees, extra charges, and rules for using facilities.
• Identify the shops and services you would use without relying on future openings.

The North Zone filter may miss listings labeled with a specific area's name. Broaden the search or ask IBR for options based on address, budget, and routine.
