Messages and forms
When you contact us, we receive the details you choose to provide, such as your name, email, phone number, inquiry type, and message. We use them to respond, provide the requested service, and follow up on your request.
Optional analytics
If you accept, we use Google Analytics 4 to measure general website use. We may also use PostHog for analytics, technical errors, and session replay when enabled. Replays show public pages and property listings while masking form inputs and content marked as private. URL queries and fragments are removed. Request and response bodies, headers, and console messages are not recorded. We do not send owner details, form values, or prefilled WhatsApp messages. The administrator is excluded from public analytics and replay.

Your choice
Optional analytics and replay stay off until you accept them. Rejecting or withdrawing consent stops capture. You can continue without analytics and use the full website. You can also change your choice at any time through Privacy preferences at the bottom of any page.
Retention
Our current Google Analytics settings retain event data for 2 months and user-associated data for 14 months. We keep contact messages only as long as needed to handle the inquiry, meet obligations, and protect our rights.
Your rights
You may request access to, updates, correction, or deletion of your information, and withdraw authorization where applicable. Email us with your request and enough information for us to identify it.
